The series focuses on the ephemeral nature of historical moments. Through capturing moments photographically we encounter a visual taken out of context, which can be transformed into an icon to fuel propaganda.
Furthermore, the lenticular print technique, popularly adorning postcards and advertising boards, acts like an agent for the viewer, who can experience a different image by changing position in relation to the print. Through this, the work emphasises the importance of one's position towards a subject . The prints also draw upon a historical context of image manipulation through the ages.
